ARE ALL PRODUCTS REVIEWED BY DE MORÉ?

Each of our high-quality products is carefully checked. In particular, the products are tested on tissue errors and color variations. Are these flawed they are immediately removed and not included in the inventory. Thus, it is ensured that you always receive only the best quality. Should you receive a defective product despite our detailed checks, please do not hesitate to immediately contact us.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN COMPLETED CORRECTLY?

After having placed your order you receive a confirmation email with all specified data and the products purchased. After despatch from our warehouse, you will also receive a shipping email. Information such as a possible tracking number are mentioned there.

HOW CAN I USE COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS?

On our Facebook & Instagram page and inside our email newsletters you will repeatedly be informed about discount codes and promotions. For special discounts such as a larger order, feel free to send us an email to support@de-more.com. If you already have a voucher, please go to the basket and enter the code inside the field “apply coupon”. If it is redeemed correctly, the discount will be deducted immediately from the total value.

CAN I ORDER A SELECTION OF PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE FROM?

You are welcome to order several products to ease your selection. Of course it is also possible to return the unwanted products. However, please remember that the postal fees for return are not coverd by de MORÉ.

THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, DO I GET A FREE REPLACEMENT?

Should it happen that you receive a defective product, despite our strict quality control, please send us an email to support@de-more.com. We organize the return shipment as well as a replacement product for you as soon as possible. All free of charge of course!

WHO HAS TO PAY FOR THE RETURN OF PRODUCTS?

Here you have to clearly differentiate. If you send back products, you must bear the return costs according to our terms and conditions. However, if your product is defective or damaged, we compensate for the return costs.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I DO NOT LIKE THE PRODUCT OR IT DOES NOT FIT?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. So, you can return any item within 30 days. However, postal return fees are only compensated for if your product is damaged, defective or you have received a wrong delivery.

IS MY DATA SAFE AT DE MORÉ?

Payment data will generally not be stored. When paying by credit card or direct debit only our payment service provider receives a one-time only encrypted SSL connection of your account information to deduct the funds. We do not store these at any time.

HOW TO CLEAN OR MAINTAIN THE PRODUCTS?

Since all products are made of high quality materials and processed by hand, they require appropriate care. We recommend removing stain or strong odor gently by hand. If this is too risky for you, it would be best you search for a professional cleaning service.
